jililu Terms & Conditions —
Your Rights and Obligations on the Platform

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related jililu platform policies:

• "jililu" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the jililu online casino platform, its operators, affiliates, licensors, and authorised representatives operating under the PAGCOR regulatory framework in the Philippines.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who has registered a jililu account or who accesses the jililu platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration on the jililu platform, used to access games, manage funds, and participate in promotions.
• "Real Money Play" — any wagering activity conducted using Philippine Peso (PHP) or other accepted currency funds deposited into a Member's jililu wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's account by jililu as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Member must wager (using eligible games) before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR and jililu before a Member may process withdrawals or access certain account features.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for licensing and regulating legal gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the jililu platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or jililu policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jililu website, creating a Member account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the jililu platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with jililu's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms applicable to bonuses you choose to activate. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and jililu.

jililu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to the provisions of Section 15 (Amendments) below. Your continued use of the jililu platform following any posted amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

If you are accessing jililu on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and your acceptance of these Terms constitutes acceptance on behalf of that party.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age and Residency

To register and maintain a jililu account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person (corporate entities may not register as Members); (c) not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the platform; and (d) have the legal capacity under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement.

3.2 Registration Process

When registering for a jililu account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid government-issued ID number, and a valid contact email address. You must not use fictitious details, aliases, or information belonging to any other person. jililu may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information provided during registration.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one (1) active jililu account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or identity documents — is a serious breach of these Terms. jililu employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are confirmed, jililu reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bonuses, and withhold any withdrawals pending a full investigation.

3.4 KYC Verification

KYC verification is a mandatory step under PAGCOR's licensing requirements before jililu processes any withdrawal request exceeding applicable thresholds. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, driver's licence), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash account registered in your name). Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality.

4. Account Management

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your jililu username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jililu will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jililu support immediately and change your password without delay.

4.2 Account Currency

jililu accounts operate in Philippine Peso (PHP) by default. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified. GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank transactions are all denominated in PHP. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the Member's sole responsibility.

4.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login activity or real money wagering has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. jililu reserves the right to apply an inactivity administrative fee of up to ₱100 per month against the remaining balance of an inactive account, following written notification to the Member's registered email address. Any remaining balance after fees are deducted remains the Member's property and is withdrawable upon reactivation subject to current KYC requirements.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jililu accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI direct bank transfer, BDO direct bank transfer, Metrobank direct bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per payment method and per Member tier, as published in the jililu cashier section.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your jililu wallet within seconds of confirmed payment authorisation. Bank direct transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are credited within one (1) to three (3) banking business days depending on interbank clearing times. jililu does not accept deposits from third parties — only payment methods registered in your own name and matching your KYC-verified identity may be used.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC completion and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds. Black Diamond VIP tier members are entitled to a 15-minute GCash payout service level agreement (SLA) for withdrawals within standard limits. Standard tier withdrawal processing times are 15 minutes to 24 hours for GCash and Maya, and one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. jililu reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud prevention or AML compliance checks are triggered.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jililu is required to comply with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations as applicable to PAGCOR-licensed operators. jililu may request the source of funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal that triggers AML thresholds. Refusal to cooperate with AML enquiries may result in account suspension and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with jililu's legal obligations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by jililu are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions as published in the relevant promotion terms at the time of activation. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) on eligible game categories before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be converted to withdrawable real money balance. Bets placed on certain game categories may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirement fulfilment — the applicable contribution rates are published in each promotion's specific terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jililu operates zero tolerance toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, exploiting software errors or game mechanics to derive guaranteed profit from bonus funds, using arbitrage strategies with bonus balance, or any coordinated activity designed to extract value from promotions without genuine play intent. Where bonus abuse is detected, jililu reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings and to close the Member's account.

6.4 VIP Programme

Participation in the jililu Black Diamond VIP Programme is governed by these Terms and the specific VIP Programme terms published on the platform. VIP tier advancement is based on qualifying wager volume as calculated by jililu's systems. jililu reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits, and structures at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected Members via their registered email address.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the jililu platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game results and the jililu server-side result records, the server-side records shall be deemed authoritative. All jililu games utilise certified random number generators (RNG) audited for fairness compliance under applicable PAGCOR standards.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table, as displayed within the game interface. jililu reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, placed following a system malfunction, or placed in circumstances that jililu reasonably determines to involve exploitation of a software error. In the event of a game malfunction, jililu's liability is limited to the return of the original wager amount.

Live casino bets placed after the announced "no more bets" call by the live dealer are void. Sports bets placed after the relevant event has commenced are void unless jililu's sportsbook explicitly offers in-play / live betting on that event. Results for all betting markets are determined by official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, PAGCOR-sanctioned sabong regulatory body).

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jililu platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one (1) account on the jililu platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the jililu platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the jililu platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including pre-arranged card game strategies in live table games.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any activity that jililu reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal conduct.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jililu staff, live dealers, or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or degrades the jililu platform's technical infrastructure or the gaming experience of other Members.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jililu platform — including but not limited to the jililu brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, promotional materials, and the Black Diamond VIP programme identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of jililu or its licensors. No Member or visitor to the jililu platform is granted any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jililu intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party game developers (including JILI and other certified providers) remains the intellectual property of the respective developer and is made available on the jililu platform under licence agreements between jililu and those developers.

10. Privacy & Data

jililu's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the jililu Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a jililu account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, AML compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (subject to your marketing preferences).

jililu processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Members may exercise their rights as data subjects — including the right to access, correction, and erasure of personal data — by contacting jililu via the contact details in Section 16.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jililu's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Member's use of the jililu platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds held in that Member's jililu wallet at the time the claim arose.

jililu shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or maintenance windows of which reasonable advance notice was provided; (d) losses resulting from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials; or (e) losses arising from a Member's violation of these Terms.

jililu makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The jililu platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It is each Member's responsibility to ensure that their device and internet connection meet the technical requirements necessary to access jililu services.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by Member

You may close your jililu account at any time by contacting jililu customer support. Before closure is finalised, all pending wagers will be settled and any remaining real money balance (subject to applicable KYC requirements and withdrawal processing terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Closure of an account does not extinguish any accrued obligations or liabilities you owe to jililu.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by jililu

jililu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account — with or without prior notice — in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; (c) suspected fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8; (d) a regulatory instruction or court order; or (e) any circumstances that jililu, in its sole reasonable discretion, determines pose a risk to the platform's integrity or to other Members.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for cause, jililu may withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where investigation concludes that no breach occurred, funds will be returned within a reasonable timeframe. Where a breach is confirmed, jililu may forfeit the balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

13. Responsible Gaming

jililu is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Members. In accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements and jililu's own platform standards, the following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members at no charge via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods to prevent unintended overspend.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure time reminders that notify you of the duration of your active gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts showing time elapsed and net gaming activity during your session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the jililu platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, jililu will use all reasonable technical means to prevent account access and will suppress all promotional communications to the excluded Member.

jililu strictly enforces the 21-years-and-above age requirement for all Members. Any Member who believes they may have a gambling problem is strongly encouraged to seek help through available Philippine resources and to activate self-exclusion via the jililu account dashboard immediately.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your jililu account, or your use of the jililu platform shall first be submitted to jililu's customer support team for informal resolution within 30 days.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of submission, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Manila, Philippines, which the parties irrevocably accept as the exclusive forum for litigation. Members who believe jililu has acted in contravention of its PAGCOR licence obligations may also file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint channels.

15. Amendments to These Terms

jililu reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments — those that affect Members' rights, obligations, or financial interests — will be communicated to registered Members via their registered email address at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, PAGCOR regulation, or urgent security necessity.

Non-material amendments (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or administrative updates) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent amendment. Your continued use of the jililu platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
